Emily Law is a contemporary dancer, street dancer, and choreographer. She graduated from The School of Toronto Dance Theatre. She has trained and competed in house dancing and waacking. Emily is a founding member of Mix Mix Dance Collective, the Toronto house dance crew Warehouse Jacks and Parks N' Wreck. Emily has had the pleasure of working with companies and artists such as: Kaha:wi Dance Theatre, The Chimera Project and Alias Dance Project. Her choreographic work has been showcased on companies and festivals such as: Toronto Dance Theatre, The Next Stage Theatre Festival, Toronto Fringe Festival, CanAsian Dance Festival & The Reel Asian Film Festi­val. She has been nominated for two Dora Mavor Moore awards, a Gemini, & the 2017 Premier's award.

Kaeja d’Dance would like to acknowledge that we are situated upon traditional territories. Our artists, collaborators, staff and team are grateful to be creating art on this land that has been nurtured by recorded and unrecorded human activity for by thousands of years. We honour and respect the traditional lands and waterways of the Wendat, Anishinabek Nation, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and the Métis Nation. We are in the 'Dish with One Spoon' territory - a treaty between these nations reflecting a commitment to share the territory and protect the land. We also recognize the enduring presence of diverse Indigenous peoples on this land.
