We’re hiring a General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to join our collaborative professional team and provide full-time year-round operational and strategic management for the Company to grow into its fourth decade. Kaeja is an equal opportunity employer.

Kaeja is looking for Volunteers for our 13th Annual Porch View Dances! Click this link to view the full application and more information on our call for volunteers.

Community members are encouraged to email us if you are interested in dancing in our future projects. Kaeja regularly creates work that involves community participants with little or no dance training.

Professional dancers are welcome to submit a headshot and paragraph of interest and bio anytime to be considered for future projects.

Professional choreographers are welcome to submit a resume/bio and a 5 – 10 minute video sample of work anytime to be considered for future projects, such as Porch View Dances. 

Volunteers are welcome to express interest in helping out at Kaeja events. Volunteer tasks may include administrative and office tasks or public-facing positions. 

Students in Arts Administration or similar post-secondary programs are welcome to submit a cover letter and resume anytime for field placement opportunities. 

Board of Directors - We are looking for volunteers to join our Board. Individuals who are interested in contributing to an arts organization and giving back to the community are encouraged to reach out via email for more information. We are prioritizing establishing a Board of Directors that is diverse in background, age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and ability.
